He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University College of Swansea, Wales, UK. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Resources Management, Mr. Chan leads the company’s human capital strategy, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with long-term organizational goals.
